Returns Policy Terms and Conditions
HIPSIS.com provides a 30-day, money back guarantee on all
products purchased if you return the merchandise to us within
30 days of your original receipt of the order and in
accordance with our terms and conditions.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
simply notify us by e-mail following the "RETURN
INSTRUCTIONS" below and we will immediately issue an RPA
No. (Return Purchase Authorization Number).
Exceptions that will not be accepted if returned, and
no credit will be issued:-
1. Special order items of customized goods
2. Items that have been washed
3. Items that have been worn or soiled
4. Items listed and sold as "ALL SALES FINAL"
5. Part orders, we can't refund part of an order we can only
replace the item
The RETURN INSTRUCTIONS that must be met by you.
FIRST send an email to
returns@HIPSIS.com
informing us about your request for an RPA # together with the
following information.
1. Reason for return (Please write an explanation)
2. Name on the credit card used to make the purchase
3. Your Order No.
4. Date of Order
5. Email address used when placing the order
6. Date of delivery
7. Your shipping name and address
8. Registered # of the postal invoice/receipt
Then AFTER you have received your RPA # from us by email:-
Return the package by registered mail ( registered airmail if
you are overseas) and send a scan of
the postal receipt to us by email at
returns@hipsis.com
please note that:-
- The products must be in new, resalable condition
- You must include all original packaging materials
- Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged
- All tags and designer labels must still be
attached to the product
- You must pay any return shipping expense
- Display the RPA # prominently on the outside of
the box to avoid delays to your refund
- Delays or missing returning items are your
responsibility
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in
accordance with the above and within 30 days of original
delivery, we will instruct iKobo to issue credit to
your credit card account, this usually takes 5 -10 working
days to show on your statement. You may if you prefer elect
to receive store credit towards another purchase. No
restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in
perfect condition, 20% may be deducted if the items are not
resalable. Actual shipping charges paid by HIPSIS.com may be
deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due
to our error.
