5/ How do you ensure the security of online payments?

7/ How long will delivery take?
We need 3 working days to process your order before shipping
we try to get your purchase to you within 10 -28 days subject
to postal services.
8/ How do you pack goods to avoid accidental damage during
delivery?
All products are carefully wrapped we use a combination of
packaging materials such as bubble wrap, foam and corrugated
cardboard boxes. In the rare event you receive damaged goods,
you may check our Returns Policy
9/ Who is responsible for custom duties?
Custom duty and tax vary in different countries and states
throughout the world. You may be required to pay some duty on
certain items purchased from overseas. The buyer is
responsible so you might want to check first with your local

responsible for any packages that are detained by customs in

11/ What types of credit card payments do you accept?
We use www.ikobo.com to process your order they
accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Diners
Club and American Express.
12/ How do you charge non-US citizens in US$?
When you place your order we debit your card in US$, your
credit card statement will show that amount in US$ and the
equivalent will be debited in your local currency.
13/ Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
Only from UK and USA but we need the standard number of bank
working days to clear the funds before we can ship your order.
Contact us by email

to order. We cannot accept personal checks or money orders
from else where. If you
can't order on-line using a credit card then we recommend
offline payment via Western Union cash transfer or bank TT
(Telegraphic Funds Transfer, otherwise known as Wire Transfer

14/ How long does it take for you to answer customer
enquiries?
We try to answer our enquiries within 12 - 48 hours.
15/ How do you acknowledge my orders?
When you place your order, you will see a page acknowledging
the successful submission of your order. You will also receive
an email confirming your order from

and a personal email from our customer service staff at HIPSIS
confirming the status of your order.
16/ Why isn't my browser working with your site?
